Understanding On Demand The following powerpoint gives a simple insight into On Demand testing and how it works. It also details what information you can gain from the test and what you can then do with that information. As many teachers are still unfamiliar with the testing this proved very successful in empowering the teachers to take ownership and conduct the test themselves and then analyse the results rather than it being the job of the Numeracy coach or leader.
